The Golden Rule of Customer Service
Always treat your customers better than you treat yourself. I am sure you have heard the phrase, "Change the Way you Look at Things; and the Things you Look at will Change." A very true statement. Change the way you look at your customers. Elevate them in your eyes. Make them feel special and pay attention to them. Don't always be thinking about the sale. Instead, concentrate on the customer and building a relationship with them. That way, you can turn customers into long-term buyers.
